Is the "O" ring included in the package or must it be purchased separately?

It was supposed to include the Oring, but mine did not.

What were your thoughts on the finished product?

This bypass pipe works great on my Land Rover, which, as far as I know, has the same engine as an S 80s or 90s. This will work if this is the appearance of your pipe and the number of pipes you have. For me, it works beautifully.

ring. The hose assembly, in particular, is fantastic. BUT, I'm glad I read the reviews before purchasing this, because I now know to look for the O-. ring. br>br>It didn't come with an O-. ring. I had to go to the hardware store to find one that looked close to what I needed, and for added protection, I wrapped it in RTV. It was a perfect seal.

No o- The hose appears to be in good condition so far

There isn't an o- in this sentence. ring, bait and switch, as depicted in the product image; no resolution to this point after more than two weeks. The hose appears to be in good condition, and we plan to install it as soon as the o-ring arrives. This came with a ring from the company that sold it to me.

If you don't have the proper O-ring, you won't be able to fix the leak

ring. They promote that O- as others have said. The ring is supposed to be included, but I didn't get it. Given that I had to remove the intake manifold, this was a huge time sink.

Part is of excellent quality, but there is no O- Ring

My Volvo continued to leak after I installed the part. They said I should have gotten the O- when I asked around. I didn't get a ring with this hose. Make certain you have this O- Ring. I'm almost certain this is the only reason the part failed in the first place, and even with a new part, the leak continues because another O-ring has failed. There was no ring on the finger.
