As the original part was designed for a different type of clamp, this one is designed for a different type of clamp where it connects to the airbox. This fit could require a clamp however, it is so tight that it doesn't need one. To get it to stretch so it would fit with the airbox, I heated the end of the tube with a torch. This was my fault for ordering the wrong part, however, I was able to get it working.

I have been able to resolve my issue because the part fits well. In this case, the old part had broken and the new part fitted perfectly and is working fine. * I followed video instructions from YouTube to make I spent about 20 minutes on it.

The Replacement Hose is a great option when replacing the Odyssey Van Hose

Originally shipped in a matter of days, direct fit Honda part, fast shipping. Unlike what I expected, it does not have a tension spring where it connects to the air box. I'm completely satisfied and give 5 stars.

A period of years (hopefully) will need to pass before we know about durability. On the Odyssey '05, it looks great, works perfectly, and fits perfectly. Whether the product will last or not will have to be seen.
