What exactly is the purpose of the rubber ring? Is it going to hurt if I don't wear it?

The oring is for a gasket in a 4wd hub that isn't required for 2wd.

Is 513200 the same as this assembly?

My wheel hub assembly is still unboxed for a 2001 Blazer 4x2. It was an OEM for that SUV, according to Detroit Axle. I have no idea what a 513200 is. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Is there a set of mounting bolts included? (Is it possible to bolt up to the spindle)?

This is not the case. You must use the old bolts that came with your vehicle to complete the task.

This will be the third time I've done a set on my old Blazer. I have yet to come across one that will last more than a few years. What are the warranty's terms and conditions?

I'm not sure what the warranty is on these, but I put them on my mother's 99 blazer and they seem to be holding up well. If you can afford it, change both sides at the same time or close together. good luck

On my 00' 2dr, these hubs work perfectly as a replacement for the OEM hubs

On my 00' Blazer 2dr, 2wd, these hubs are a great replacement for the OEM hubs. Hubs and sensors are the same size as before and include new O rings, but no dust caps. You might want to consider purchasing new dust caps or reusing your old ones if possible. On my Blazer, this was exactly what I needed: no more warn hub assemblies and the ABS light stayed on.
