It is this part number that is used on both outboard bearings on the 2001 1/2 ton. Rock Auto Parts and Advance Auto Parts can give you a second opinion on the application.

A 2005 Silverado 1500 4x4 is available for purchase. As with the driver side bearing I just removed, this should fit just fine. This bearing will not fit the passenger side bearing. That bearing has a larger diameter, but isn't as wide. The passenger bearing is a National SCH 208 bearing.

There are left and right axle bearings on the left and right axle of an 2008 4x4 Silverado 1500

I found that these worked much better than the crude ones GM installed on my front axles left and right. A new set of outer bearings is needed on the 2008 z71 4x4 Silverado 1500 front stub axle.
