Yes. This tool is called out in the MoCo Service Manual for your bike for pressing in and out your cams from the support plate. You'll need a hydraulic press for this. I was able to catch a 20-pound catfish. Last month, Harbor Freight had a ton on sale for $140.
This tool is used to replace cam bearings or to install new cams. It functions admirably. There are no instructions included. If you have a service manual for your twin cam from 1999 to present, please share it with us. It will demonstrate how to use it in the year 2006. To work on cams or cam bearings, you'll need to have a basic understanding of mechanics.

Yes, this is required to complete the CAM's on a Harley Twin cam. The job was made so much easier with the help of this tool. We removed the CAMs from the plate bearing and replaced them with new bearings and CAMs. That would have been a nightmare if not for this tool.
As a home gamer, I bought this. It has a good build quality and a reasonable price. It's something I've used a few times and it's fantastic. I've purchased a number of their Harley-Davidson tools and have yet to be disappointed.
In comparison to other brands, this is a fantastic value. The product was of excellent quality and did exactly what it was supposed to do. It is simple to work with. I'd strongly suggest it!.
It's simple to use and far less expensive than other tools!.
Works. You could improvise, but you'll end up spending a lot more money and causing damage to parts if you do so. I'm pleased with my purchase, and none of my components have been damaged.
The design is solid and appealing.
There were no issues with the product, and it was well-made.
If you know what you're doing, this is an excellent tool to have.
