I used these sleeves on my Dana 60 rear yoke and they fit perfectly, but I had to remove them and measure them. The diameter of the yoke varies between models and years, so I recommend doing the same.
It's a repair part that comes with a tool to install it.
The sleeve has a snug fit.

873"- Repairing Jeep Rubicon Dana 44 rear axles (878") was a breeze. The product we used was PN 99187 Speedi-Flex. (1. ) Sleeve 873"- 878") to repair the seal surface on the Dana 44 rear axle shafts of our 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and it worked perfectly with the included simple instructions. Because the included "installation tool" can only be used on short shafts (not on a 28" long axle shaft), finding a tube to drive the Sleeve into place was the only issue. But, as luck would have it, a tree had fallen and destroyed our Costco 10' x 20' canopy, but we were able to salvage one of the main upright posts, which just so happened to have the perfect internal diameter for installing the Speedi-Canopy. (Isn't there a silver lining to every dark cloud?.
This is fantastic. Before placing an order, use a micrometer to inspect your axle. On Amazon, you can find a good set of micrometers for a reasonable price. I installed it without the use of mallets, hammers, or presses by pushing it into place with a PVC pipe. There will be no leaks any longer.
My 1981 Bronco had a leak in the front output shaft of my NP208F Transfer Case. The yoke is a perfect fit. Cured it.
My 69 Charger had a 742 case 10 spline pinion, and the yoke fit perfectly.
The price was reasonable, shipping was quick, and the sleeve was simple to install. Everything went smoothly!.
A fantastic solution for my boat trailer's worn axle shaft. It is very simple to set up. Delivery was very quick.
I used this on an old truck about a year ago. I don't see any oil on the garage floor, so it's probably working fine.
It does exactly what it should. Although it is pricey, the seal no longer leaks.
