Is this the sleeve as well as the driver, or just the driver?

The sleeve has a lip that the driver pushes against to install the sleeve, so it appears that the sleeve is inside the driver.

Repair in a hurry - Speedi gets no credit

With a little old-fashioned ingenuity, the repair was completed in a flash. The tool provided for installing the sleeve is too short to fit around the trailer axle spindle. This is a common issue that the manufacturer should take care of. To pack out the length, I cut the cap off the tool and used three old bearings, as well as a pipe, to effectively tap on the sleeve. Although it is a little pricey for what it is, the alternative is far worse.
