Is this part compatible with a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a NP241DHD ?

There were no issues with my 2001 Dodge 2500 and the part is the correct one

Can this be used on a Duramax Allison transmission on a 2005 3500 Duramax? A four-wheel drive?

That's for the transfer case, as far as I can tell. The 5 speed manual transmission is called the NV4500.

In a truck equipped with a push-button 4X4 and "Auto" function this Seal will not My truck was said this would fit on Amazon, but it did not. I searched and found the correct one listed here on Amazon was listed as not fitting when it was a correct one for trucks with the NP246 (automatic transmission with electronic transfer case). My bike ended up having to be driven to the local chain parts store where I purchased the correct National Oil Seal for $10 more.
