This is the OE booted rear seal. Your S10 will be able to use it. On Amazon, you can find lower-cost rear seals that don't require a boot. This is the perfect fit if you want the OE rear seal with the boot. br>br>This isn't correct for the 1997-2002 period. The 2017 Corvette is not compatible with the 2004-2006 Corvette. Canyon in 2017 or 2006-2007 in Colorado Hummer H3 2017
Yes. For the 4L60e, this is the proper OE seal.
I'm not sure why I put it on a 2004 Silverado.

This was a direct fit for a 2001 Suburban LS 2WD with the 4L60E transmission. The jacking up of the car proved to be the most difficult part of the job. Make sure the input yoke is clean and polished to ensure a good seal. The inner seal is already attached. greased and ready to use On the outside, RTV was applied. Hopefully, this will be the last time the leak occurs; we'll let you know if it does.
My 2002 Suburban was able to accommodate the 5. 3 and 4L60E transmissions are available. A tight fit between the metal ring and the extender, as well as a tight fit between the rubber boot and the drive shaft. There will no longer be any leaks.
I entered all of my truck's information into Amazon, and it confirmed that it fit. It didn't work out that way! This is for a two-wheel-drive pickup, and I needed the larger seal for a four-wheel-drive truck, but the price was so low that it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it. This is why I gave it three stars. I'm not sure if this is a great seal or not.
The only issue was that the shape was slightly different from the original, which made it difficult to hammer in. However, it was in good condition and had a good seal.
This provides additional protection for the slip yoke, ensuring that it does not rust and eat away at the seal. Aftermarket ones, in my opinion, are less durable and will not last.
