I was able to use it for my 4 in 1992. There will be no issues.
I'm not aware of any special method. It was no problem for my nephew to bleed it the same way he bled the brakes. You might have gotten a faulty clutch bearing or two.

On my 91 Comanche, the AX15 fit perfectly. I don't care for the quick disconnect, but I've already replaced it with a stainless steel braided line with a compression coupling, which this product also worked with. After two clutch disengagements, my Luk slave blew, but it was only because the quick disconnect line blew. Fortunately, this item saved the day. If it could uninstall and reinstall the trans for me, I'd give it a 6 out of 5!.
It's been there for quite some time. So far, it appears to be working. I've had it for a few months and have had no issues with it. However, I'm not sure why they enabled "quick disconnect. " It took me about the same amount of time to disconnect that damn thing as it did to drop the tranny.
I'm a certified GM technician, and I know I did everything right, but it's already leaking. It's only been a month since it was born.
This product lasted about a year after I purchased it. Because removing the tyranny is a difficult task, I expected it to last a long time. I was forced to repeat the procedure.
The item is well-made. It's something I'd buy again, and it arrived quickly.
