Obviously, I do not know if this bearing fits your Tundra 2006 but the quality of the part is awful. The vibration resulted in the device wobbling a lot and needing to be replaced after one week.

An immediate squeal and then a terrible vibration accompanied the failure of the item. Also, the time it took a second time to do the work although Amazon was kind enough to give me a refund.
This is the fourth version of 6. It fit just as it should and is identical to what was there before. It was a simple process of replacing it and it stopped my truck from vibrating between 40 and 60 miles per hour.
You can use this for your truck if you only plan on driving it for 15k miles more. Besides being easy to install and work quietly, this fits and installs smoothly, but if you'd rather turn off the lights, you can Say goodbye to this hunk of metal I love it!.
com prohibits it from selling. The DEA A6070 Drive Shaft Center Support is not the correct bearing for my 2006 Toyota Tundra V8 ExtraCab 2 Wheel Drive. I had to purchase the original bearing from a local shop for $81. I am unable to return it, since it did not fit.
It works well but I had to modify it to.
There is a great price on this, maybe I just got a bad one, but it works just a bit loud, I would look for another one. When you pay for something, you get what you paid.
I like it.
Simple to install, and I'm pleased with how it's working.
