Sadly, I was unable to get it to fit my '04 Silverado 2500 due to its small size. A 1500 should use it.
There's really no way I can tell you without asking. My vehicle was sold with that part, which I was told would work directly with my vehicle. In the end, I found out my truck didn't even have that part. Then I found that it would take me too long to return it, so I threw it away. I just wish I would've considered giving it away.
Most likely not, I would check the application chart as I am not familiar with how ACDELCO parts are utilized on Ford (MOTOCRAFT) vehicles.

Amazon stated that this is compatible with the 2500HD, so I ordered it. It could not even fit over the splines when it was pressed on a driveshaft shop.
