Ias the inner and outer wheel bearings with seals both included in this kit for my 1991 Ford F-150 The 250 4x4 is a small pickup. Can I do both sides of this, or would there be different pat numbers?

It is important to make sure your axle is equipped with the correct inner and outer bearings. When it comes to dana 44 fronts, the inners and outer are typically different. I had the same situation with my K10 and my Scout. Dana 44 use SET45 for the inners and SET47 for the outer. You can guess.

A wrong bearing has been used here. Unlike a set 45, this is not a pre-prepared set. There is a 510056 on the bottom of this box that has been marked with a 45 set label. I know this is probably a good bearing, but now that it is the weekend, I don't have the necessary parts to repair my jeep. There are two parts to a set 45, the bearing and the A bearing and a race that have the Lm501349 number.

S. bearing, not a Chinese one! You could save a lot of money by shopping The bearings should be of good quality. The product is made in the United States. Be sure to use American bearings, not Chinese ones! Whenever possible, I use Timken or Koyo (Japanese) and I have never been.
