It is a genuine OEM product. The third letter. There was a hole in my positive clamp on the passenger side. The pain tried to come back for a while, but I couldn't stop it. I found this solution to be extremely simple. It would have been simpler to just put on a new connector. I found several I liked, but none really stood out to me. I think it was worth it even though it cost me $65 and took me 30 minutes to complete. This Ford part # is This is 14300-14401.
It is worth the money to avoid all the hassles of The original Factory one came with the truck, so this is the perfect replacement. It was a no-brainer to spend the extra money and go with the Motorcraft original because I had to replace the original one after almost 16 years. Everything fit perfectly, and all of the posts that held it in place lined up perfectly with the original Factory holes, so installing it wasn't any problem. I didn't need to use any additional tools to install it. I have no doubt that this one will last at least as long as the original Factory part, and I expect it to last a lot longer, the truck must not be able to be used. The price is definitely worth it.

The "CAT" cable can be used without spending extra money on it. A large lead terminal can be found on this one. The starter relay wire should be closely observed. This product and none of the others were exactly what I was looking for. For this reason, I was skeptical that it would fit my 2002 Ford F150. My surprise was that it was actually the correct part, with the appropriate fittings at the proper places. The lengths were nearly identical to those on the part. Because I did not have the proper "plastic snap-on" connectors, it took me nearly an hour to install it A lack of mechanic expertise and the misuse of a "lock removal tool". My astonishment at the high cost of this part at Ford is not an excuse for home repairs. Any competent DIY mechanic could have it installed During my installation I had to remove a few things and carefully push the starting lines down. I also found it very difficult to install the small starter leads. It would be nice to order another one for it as well. It had some corrosion on the main battery side of the cable, so instead of chasing it and repairing it, I decided to replace There were no issues and everything matched up perfectly during the installation! I could not have asked for a better fit for the cable. For the same cable, it was much cheaper than what the dealer wanted. The device was installed by my son in less than 30 minutes in his 2002 F350 Super Duty. It was the best replacement you could have asked for. A heavy duty cable with stranded copper wire about 1/2" thick is used for From battery to battery, about three eighths of an inch. This kit includes all the clips needed to route cables to the body without them rubbing against each other. Cable at the starter was broken on the bicycle of my son. Instead of trying to replace the connector at the end of the cable, this was a much better fix.
I would have expected it to be several hundred bucks from Ford. It is outrageously expensive for something like Authentic Motocraft part with all of the body clips and mounts in the correct locations, it has just come direct from From Ford, I would expect something like this to cost several hundred dollars. In fact, I didn't need it because the starter was the problem, not the cable, but thanks to Amazon Prime, I wasn't without it!! In any case, the part number is correct, but the picture can be interpreted differently.
