I was able to mount my battery in the trunk easily because of this. There are no issues with any of the parts included A positive cable runs from the engine bay to the trunk, and there is plenty of length to accomplish the task. Its rubbery coating certainly enhances the battery tray's durability. In fact, it is coated in corrosive- and corrosion-resistant material that is resistant to chemicals. Additionally, there is a sufficient number of holes in the bottom of the tray for different mounting methods to be able to be used. I'm very pleased with the overall result. It has been several months since I installed mine and everything seems to be working fine.
With the tray I keep my battery, and the cables I get the zappy zappy up to the required height. I really like this set of tools. It's easy to install, and the kit works well. Despite the long cable, the battery of my '59 Bel Air was moved to the trunk and even the barge could handle the battery.
240sx 2jz on my car. An upgrade that's easy to do.
I like this a lot.
I went in a different direction because of this product.
Excellent.
I have no complaints. A V8 240sx battery was relocated to the trunk after the LS swap. Rode the wire along the chassis to the underside of the vehicle. Stuff of high quality. This is a purchase I will make.
