Cables are good

One of these was used to add a battery switch to the battery on my boat. It had a nice thickness and length, but I docked one star because one end of the ring terminal's hole was too small to fit on the battery terminal. To make it fit, I had to Drexel it out. On both ends, the hole sizes are different. I'm not sure why they aren't all the same size to accommodate a wider range of applications.

These cables were purchased on both ends and were supposed to be 3/8" in diameter. The order picker should pay more attention to the finer points of the job. br>br>The cables appear to be of good quality, but I'll need to drill two terminals in order to use them.

I'm getting older and don't want to deal with the recoil start on my Honda-powered generator, so I'm converting my emergency home generator to electric start. br>I'm using these cables to add a 12 volt battery to my generator to power the starter motor. br>I'll let you know how they work out in a few years.

Each cable had to have one end drilled out

They were inexpensive and of good quality, but the holes in one end of each cable were too small, so we had to drill it out. It made our job more difficult, which disappointed me. My husband wasn't interested in doing any of this solar work for me in the first place- It was almost as if it had been done as a favor. Then I give him a challenging part to work on. Oh well.

These cords are fantastic. They also include heat shrink on the terminal, which isn't visible in the photos. Cable with a lot of flexibility They appear to be true to size, and they're a great investment.

For the price, this is an excellent cable. I bought two pairs, and I'm using them to charge my camper battery. For the price, I think it's a good buy.
