Is this micro switch truly 6 x 1 x 8 inches in size, and does it operate normally open (nc) or normally closed (nc)?

The distance between the two switches is about 1-mile. 1/8"L x 3/4"W x 3/8"T-dimensions are 1/8"L x 3/4"W x 3/8"T-dimensions are 1 believe is normally open and can be used in place of B. For many of their shifters, M provides a neutral safety and backup light switch. I hope this information is useful.

As described in the description. Mounts are in good shape. You'll need longer bolts if you're installing a switch, though.
