It is possible. Generally, sway bars are of similar size, but there might be variations in size, so it's best to contact the seller or manufacturer.
Regarding your stray bar links, yes, I installed them with a 3 inch lift on my 2016 GMC.
They work great on my 03 Toyota Sequoia, and there have been no issues with them and they have been on there for over a year.
What I did was go to an auto parts store and buy the new bars, comparing the rubber washers I had seen in the photos to the new ones I bought

We are here to help you with Very good product. It would have been nice if in the description it said what it does. I cannot use it, as the hole was too small to fit my bolts, it's about a 3/8" inch. Nonetheless, my bolts are 1/2" thick and my control arm stabilizer linkage is 1/2", so these bolts will NOT A local auto parts store told me not to try to drill them out since it could result in the bushing breaking because the wall thickness would be thinner. I don't know if that is true.
With the heavy washers included, these sway bar bushings are an excellent upgrade over the stock units. They are however three-eighths of an inch in diameter so not many cars will fit. The bore of most older or bigger cars needs to be 7/16". To make them fit, I had to enlarge the holes on a lathe. The sleeves of the bushings are also thicker than those on most stock axles, so you will need longer bolts, or take the sleeves off.
It's been a while now since I've been using these end link bushings on my 2000 Frontier I have used Energy Suspension parts for years and they last. I have never had a problem with them and these are no exception. It goes without saying that I put them through a lot of abuse in the off-season The highway.
There were two old ones that dry rotted and I replaced them with new ones. Despite being cracked, there was not much they could do.
These are a lot stiffer than my old ones, and I hope they will last much longer. To fit them to my 2003 Explorer Sport XLT 2wd, I had to put in some good old elbow grease.
As the original end nutsleeve was just too large to fit these, I drilled it just a little bit out for a snug I did not need to drill out any of the rest of them since they fit perfectly. Nothing was a problem when it came to bolting it up.
My purpose for buying these bushings is to fit ATVs and small engines. This bushing is specially made for Chinese quads. I custom-cut, hone, and customize it to fit the It is necessary to customize these bushings, as I do use them for shock bushings on many different ATV models. The real purpose of these items is not served by me.
They have lasted maybe a month since I installed rubber grommets. The front of the stage rocks less. Those eating through grommets should take a look at this.
This set of end link grommets is great. I purchased this for my 04 Tundra DC and it works perfect. There was another set of end links I ordered with new bushings along with it, but I like these from Energy Suspension much better.
