It's a little deceptive

These were purchased to replace a pair of non-functioning ones that I had. bushings that could be greased, but they weren't quite what I had hoped for. I expected a zerk on them so that I could inject grease into them during routine maintenance on my truck; However, instead of a grease fitting, there was a packet of grease to be applied during the initial installation. This means that if I want to grease them in the future, I'll have to remove them from the sway bar, defeating the purpose. I already had a good set of poly bushings, so I was a little disappointed, but they're a great upgrade from stock or worn bushings. I hope this information is useful.
