The shocks in the kit I ordered were two (two).
Consult a professional.
My own did, in fact.
Yes, it will fit, but the center mount is a poor design that constantly moves. The rancho center mount is what I'm using.
Selected User Reviews For Fabtech FTS8023 Steering Stabilizer
My truck is a 2011 Ford F250 crew cab 6. It's a great truck that's still like new with 182,000 miles on it, but it's starting to get the "death wobble. " Death wobble is no longer an issue since I installed the Fabtech dual stabilizer. After two months, the bracket holding the stabilizers shifted and rubbed against the steering rod, causing the shock to rupture. Tightening is impossible due to a lack of clearance for the mount.
It appears to be working, as there is no longer any death wobble. I just think it's ridiculous that painting it voids any warranty.
I wanted to put this stabilizer in to correct a wobble I've been experiencing. The Amazon "Fit Indicator" predicts that it will fit. Sure, it'll fit, but suspension travel isn't possible. The Fabtec instructions also state that stock trucks are not to be used. The product's quality is excellent. I wish I had been able to put it to better use. As usual, Amazon handled the return flawlessly.
There are no instructions.
I'm glad I chose FabTech.
We tried a number of different approaches to resolving the issue with our truck. Now that the fabtech steering stablizer is installed on the truck, it runs flawlessly with no issues or concerns, and there is no more shimmy at higher speeds or over bumps.
