We couldn't tell you what manufacturer publishes its chart.
An OD of around one inch is generally recommended.
As far as the lower bushing in Rancho shock RS999264 go, I don't know of anything this bushing kit can be used for replacement. Steel sleeves are fitted around the bushings, which ensure that the lower loop will not be serviceable separately.
It isn't too expensive if you look for some cool stuff.

Read. I didn’t realize Rancho shocks could replace them for free as this is a lifetime warrantied part, since I’m the original purchaser in my RS9000 adjustable shocks which did not fit, this warranty will ensure they worked properly for many more years. You can have a small dab of lube in your hands just like any object going into a tight fit, so you can slide in and it will slide. To pressure the shocks, I pressed the pulley properly and slowly, but not so quickly. If you prefer, you can use a C. clamp. If you really need to use a hammer, do so, but hey, hey, whatever works for you. It would be a good buy if I needed a substitute for some that weren't warrantied.
Rod 5/8" urethane shock bushing in Rancho mmOZOZOZZOTHERMAL shock bushings, Rancho type L1. This is polyurethane bushings specified by Rancho for use at the lower mount on the front Rancho RS5136 shocks but the inside diameter (ID) was too large when the steel sleeves/spacers/inserts didn't have support brackets. For the bushings, I had to press the sleeves out of my spare Bilsteins and install them separately, so that they could work with the approximately 7/16" bolt lengths in my lower shock mounts. When it came to Rancho's part, you might be surprised. It was reportedly Rancho that was responsible for whole shock when upper bushings failed on my 10+ year old second-hand shocks. However I didn't call Rancho support before trying to access polyurethane uppers (Rancho type S I will not order these bushings without measuring because Rancho's specifications clearly refer to 5/8", but this should not affect what I ordered, as it clearly states this. In a thorough review on five-star services, we found polyurethane bushings made in the USA and the prompt customer service as excellent.
It has lasted twice as long (4 years after purchase and without damage) as the shocks I bought via RoughCounty. my previous ones haven't worked as well as the ones I receive in my Bilstein.
Gone are the old rotted ones. The noises they caused have vanished completely. These replacements were the best I have ever tried.
All four bushings for my 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sports were replaced with ease. It was a bit of a challenge for me to shorten the rear seat for right support. I didn't really mind using a knife to cut this rubber just because it had to be.
These were chosen for my Jeep since the rubber bushings on its upper have worn out. Unlike rubber tires, they are a much better ride. They do not make a nose for you. To me, buying poly ones is still worth the money you spend on other clothing items.
I wish the sleeves would come with them.
