Honda accommodative ex-model from 2006. The left and right struts on the OEM struts are clearly marked. Is it possible to use these replacements on both the left and right sides? thanks?

The struts that have been replaced can be swapped out.

They're available as a pair. There are no differences between the two sides. Replacing both at the same time is also a good idea.
