Questions & Answers
My Ford F150 is a 1993 model. Is the truck lifted more with these springs than with stock springs?
They do lift it more than stock, but not by the claimed 6". They're also not as stiff as stock springs, so they'll sag more than normal if you're hauling any heavy loads. They do, however, aid in a more comfortable ride when used off-road.
So, if these don't have blocks, what's the lift? My 2wd 92' Ranger didn't come equipped with blocks out of the box. Will this result in a total of 3? thanks. ?
I have a 1998 2wd with about 6 inches of lift. This is not a place to buy. A leaf spring for a Ford F350 was sent to me.
Is there a set of two? Is it possible to have only one side?
You only need to purchase two of one side.
Selected User Reviews For Skyjacker FR36S 6" Softride Leaf Spring
springs are wonderful! Amazing springs, I installed the third set on three different rangers (86,89,94) and they all fit perfectly, provide superior ride and articulation, and hold up well to four wheeling!

Using lift blocks, which the truck already had, 6" lift springs were installed
5/5
The new springs are a great improvement over the originals, and installation was as simple as removing the old/original spring bolts (which had to be cut due to rust). The item was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. resulting in a hassle-free purchase and truck set-up grade.
