The item is for one person. It's a bit pricey, but it's very well made. To mount lights on my mower, I used the ROPS bar.

I used these to build a bracket for a large Yeti container for the tractor Fits like a glove.
I would buy it I had one problem. I mounted it close to a couple of corners that were mandrel bent and that caused the tube to be larger than it should have been. The friction pads on my zero turn mower are raised proudly, so I just ground them down a little bit on the bench grinder, and they fit perfectly. I am mounting a light bar on the ROPS of my.
They work perfectly for attaching work lights to the ROPS on my tractor, but I'm not sure what they were intended for. The machining is very good, the hardware is superb and the machining is tight.
My only complaint is that they dont offer smaller thread sizes (smaller than 1/2" for the accessory holes) which is why I did not give it 5 stars
I used this to mount a light bar to the ROPS bar on my Kubota Z421 zero turn mower.
