Will this work with my 6" pro comp lift on a 2003 F250? Is it true that if you already have a track bar drop bracket, it won't work?

Fit my '03 perfectly, but I only upgraded to f550 springs with no lift (raised mine 5" and have significantly more load capacity). I'm not sure about the drop bracket, but it's required for proper alignment! Mine has standard brackets and is 31" c2c. I hope this has been of assistance.

My truck is a 2000 Ford F250 with a 7. 3 However, the bolt head on my track bar is much larger than 5/8"; will this part still fit?

The bolt, not the head, is 5/8 in diameter, so it should fit fine; I used one on an 04 front end with no problems.

Is it better to be born in the year 1999 or later? If your frame was built before 3/99, you'll need to drill out a larger bolt hole in the frame bracket. Then yes

It was about an eighth of an inch too long for the track bar. Taking it apart at the adjustment sleeve revealed an excessive lead in taper to the threads, which could be fixed by grinding the taper back without getting too close to the threads. It's a simple fix, but it shouldn't have been necessary to begin with.
