It includes both left and right sets.
There is no hardware involved, only a bushing. I heated the metal with a mapp gas torch until the old bushing started to smoke, then scraped it off the shaft. It's a painstaking process, but you'll never have to change your trailing arm bushings again. Provides more confidence going into and out of turns by stiffening up the rear on hard turns. *Do not try to remove the old bushing; the energy bushing is designed to fit inside the old bushing's shell. Melt the glue that holds old rubber to metal with heat on the shaft and shell. You're ready to go now that you've reused the shaft.
If you're wondering whether or not these bushings will fit Acura Integra trailing arms, the answer is yes. On my civics, I do rear disc conversions on a regular basis, and before installing them, I replace the bushings as maintenance. Before installing them, I recommend freezing them. Before putting the bushings in place, thoroughly clean and grease the od sleeves.
It should, but I'd double-check on the ES website to be sure.

They're on a 1999 Honda Civic and they're fantastic. I haven't put many miles on them yet, but I plan to do so soon. br>The package includes two bushings and a grease packet. It's critical to use grease during installation and to extend the bushing's suspension life. If you don't have the control arm out of the car, removing the old bushing can be difficult, ranging from it falling out to burning/pounding it out. The center pin is not included in this kit, so you'll have to use an OEM pin to finish the job. The best method I've found for removing the existing rubber from the OEM pin is to heat it with a torch until the rubber begins to smoke. To stabilize the pin, use pliers, and scrape the rubber off with a metal putty knife. It's almost as if it'll come off on its own. br>Please keep in mind that this part will only work if the original sleeve in which the OEM bushing was installed remains in the control arm. br>For installation, you'll need a tool, either from Honda or one made out of all thread and plates. The jobs are made easier by the grease.
After a year with them installed, the rear end tightens up and the car handles much better around the corners. It doesn't feel as loose, and it's a great replacement for the worn out Integra trail arm bushings I had previously.
Installed on a 2000 Civic to replace the factory ones that were very worn out.
So far, this is a fantastic product.
To keep the distance between the wheels and the back body as short as possible, I lowered my EG. The stock bushings were worn out and uncomfortable to ride on. The ride became much quieter and more comfortable after these were installed. When it came to turning, they were also extremely grippy. Because I didn't have my own press, I found a local auto shop that would do it for $5.
This item is compatible with a Honda CR-V from the year 2000. V rd1 rear trailing arm for manual transmission 4wd, a lot of stuffing in the back! 👌.
These were purchased for my jdm Honda Integra from the year 1999. Yes, the ride is firmer, but it isn't unpleasant.
