So the ad says 1", but the description says it can lift up to 2 inches. What exactly is it, exactly?

You should be able to get 1" or 2" spacers, according to my research. Because my truck still sat nose down, I went with the 1" units to supplement a 4" BDS lift kit. My 2017 F- is now available for purchase. 350 is in a level position.

How much time does it take to set up?

Depending on your garage setup, it took me about an hour and a half. It wasn't difficult at all, just labor.

Is it necessary to align the front end with the 1" lift? If that's the case, what needs to be tweaked?

No, alignment isn't required if the vehicle was in good condition prior to the 1" lift.

Are these compatible with the lower 2020 super dutys? I have a 2020 Ford F-250 with the camper package and seven occupants. ?

It's the right size

Looking at the photos, you'd think this would go on the bottom, where the spring is narrow, but they're massive and go all the way up to the top. They're the ideal fit! They have a step in them, which I assumed was for added height if desired, but I believe it was just the way they shaped it in the mold and not intended to be used. These were installed on my 2017 Ford F-250. I didn't use these to level like everyone else, but rather to install a very soft spring and keep the factory height to give me a smoother ride. br>br>The instructions that come with this are a sign of the times and quite amusing. To ensure the soft-serve ice cream, it's way overcomplicated. Installing these does not injure the owner of the perfectly groomed beard pickup truck. It took me 5 minutes to do it the way I did it. Jack up the truck (and make sure you have a jack stand) until the tire lifts off the ground, then apply the spring compressor, remove the spring, pop this on, and replace the spring. The front wheels do not need to be removed. That's all there is to it; there's no need to go overboard.
