Is it true that the spacers are only required in the front? Is it necessary for me to purchase a pair for the back as well?

Yes, that's all that's required to level the truck out. I was able to mount 295/65R20 (35's) tires on it. There is a minor rub from lock to lock, but it's so minor that I don't notice it. Toyo Open Country Running

Is this compatible with the 2018 Ram 1500 4x4?

My Ram 1500 is a 2017 model, but I'm not certain.

What is the overall height (roof line) of the truck if these are installed? When I pull into my garage, I already have very little clearance. ?

I recently installed a Daystar kit on a 2010 1/2 ton 4x4 truck. I also installed a set of struts. It didn't add much to the truck's overall height, but it did a good job of leveling it out. From the ground to the fender in the front, it was 34 1/2 inches, and from the ground to the fender in the back, it was 37 inches. I'm not sure because I didn't measure to the top of the cab, but I can't tell any difference in height between getting in and out of the truck before and after the installation.

Is this compatible with a 2016 ecoDiesel Lodestar 1500 4x4?

Between the hemi ram and the Eco ram, there is no difference in suspension. It should be a perfect fit.

Fits the air suspension on the 2019 Rebel

This is correct for a 2019 Ram Rebel equipped with air suspension. I made some adjustable links and added these spacers, and now it's perfectly level and rides great! They come highly recommended from me.

Increases ground clearance and improves the truck's appearance by a factor of ten. It actually drives and handles better than stock, in my opinion. The installation was done by a local alignment shop.

This is a leveling kit, not a lift

There isn't a two-fold increase. It's a leveling kit, so it's 5 inches. You'll figure it out if you read the product description a little more closely. Only 2 are mentioned in the article. 5" only appears in the title. Aside from that, it's a solid build that's exactly what I needed to deal with my larger wheels/tyres and winch setup.
