That's what I believe. They work perfectly on a heavy-duty dolly I have, so long as the diameter fits.

Bench grinder with 660 horsepower. These spacers were perfect for centering the flange washers on a wire wheel on my bench grinder's 1/2" arbor. They are firmly affixed to the inner surface of the arbor. The arbor's most stop (which is a step with a slightly larger diameter). They fit snugly around the arbor but are simple to put in and take out. This is exactly what I needed for my wire wheel to be mounted.

Flanges for bench grinders have a lot of backup and support

My bench grinder's shoulder was only 1/16" tall, and the flanges wobbled, causing the grinding wheels to run unevenly. The problem was solved by using this spacer, which provided more than 3/16" of shoulder height.
