can be done; simply re-plumb the control.
The same thing happens to mine. When I first turn it on, it runs for two minutes. It only takes 3 minutes to refill the tank, but I've been on 5-hour trips with the RV. 6 hours of driving with no loss of bag pressure.
Yes, if you're willing to wait. I've used it to pump up low tires a few times and it works fine, but not as quickly as a high-volume compressor.
I believe the hose that comes with the kit is a coiled 25-footer. However, it is only suitable for a maximum of 15 feet. For your application, you'll need a longer hose.

Pros: br>High-quality systembr>Tank is a good sizebr>Compressor appears to be of high qualitybr>Auxiliary hose appears to be of high qualitybr>br>br>Consbr>- Every plug in the compressor tank has a different size head, which makes assembling a pain. br>- Another material could be used to make the compressor's air filter hose. The one who was given kinks easily and prefers to be wrapped in a circlebr>- What could be added: An option to replace the air filter in the compressor with a self tappingper screw instead of the one that comes with it. br>br>What could be removed:
- Quick-release 1/4 adapter for the auxiliary line, which can be used to adapt various compressor inflator tools and more. br>I went to Walmart and purchased one, and it's fantastic!.
Pump is heavy-duty, pumps well, and has a nice appearance. The control appears to be well-designed and functional. The system does not leak down over time, and the light in the control is soft rather than blinding. At 105, the switch turns on the pump, and at 145, it turns it off.
If you want to be able to air up tires and other items with the same system as your airbags, this is by far the best system I've found. However, there are several areas in which this system falls short. To begin with, there is no relay included. According to the instructions, the power should be routed through the pressure switch, but the compressor consumes far too much power for that. To connect the power, it also required some ring terminals. Aside from that, it's a good all-around set that performs admirably.
It was bought over a year ago and has performed admirably since then. br>Inside my truck box, mount the compressor and tank, and run all tubing out through the box to the underside of the bed so it can be seen. br>br>I bought the airbags as well, even though my truck doesn't require them. br>It was just a thing. br>br>For the gauge and switch, I didn't use the included mounting hardware. br>I used an auto meter gauge holder and cut the switch into my center console, again to hide it. br>br>I connected the air hose to the connection port on my rear fenders. I placed one in each fender on each side of the truck. br>br>Have had no issues with the system whatsoever. br>The tank has an excessive number of ports, but I understand why because it is a generic tank that can be used in a variety of configurations.
This is a good kit for just air bags, but don't try to air up a truck tire faster than a regular 12volt air compressor, unless you have a small truck.
This is a very nice kit. All I ask for is a few more quick connect fittings. They work in such a way that as soon as you slide the hose in, it locks in place, ensuring that no mistakes are made.
