Is it possible to use this with a 12 volt negative ground system?

The 2541 is a 12v negative transformer. Its 6v neg model is 2541n6.

Is it possible to use this item with the Boschve4cr388 (12 volts 4 cylinder) distributor?

I'm not certain who the distributor you're referring to is. Mine was a direct fit for an autolite 12 volt system, as well as a 6 volt system. The best course of action is to contact Pertronix. I apologize for not being of more assistance.

Will this fit my 4 cylinder Jeep CJ7?

Hello, it works great on my Willys MB jeep with the Go-Pro camera. I'm not sure about the CJ7, but you can check with PERTRONIX.
