The ignition system is fantastic; I've installed six of them in various vehicles and have never had a problem. 1959 Ford 6 Cylinder, simple installation, excellent performance.
After installation, I was very pleased with how well it worked. It took a little more effort to put on than in YouTube videos, but with a little forethought, I was able to do so. I'd like to emphasize the importance of purchasing the proper module for your vehicle. I went to the Pertronix website to get all of the necessary information and the proper application for my vehicle; not all distributors are created equal. It is worthwhile to conduct some research. I would recommend this as a replacement for any older vehicle.

It took me about 20 minutes if I wasn't in a rush. For a more reliable ignition system, simply replace your points and condenser.
The instructions were lacking, but I was able to find plenty of information on the internet for my 1966 Mustang L6.
A simple- It made my truck run a little more reliably than points, but I already had my points and dwell set up correctly, so the difference wasn't that noticeable. However, it's a good product, and knowing that it's likely delivering a better spark than my points gives me peace of mind.
I swapped this for my 200 C and my points. I had to grind the edge to make it fit, but that wasn't a big deal.
