With my 2011 F250 4x4 with the 6. 9, I definitely noticed a difference. I like that I can turn off the TPMS light because it was always on; it didn't make a huge difference in mileage, but it did make a noticeable difference in power.
I purchased this programmer in order to fine-tune my Range Rover for towing a small travel trailer. The tunes Tow and 87 Octane are the only ones this Edge Programmer has for Ford. There are no other tunes available for use with the Ford. Because I'm towing a small travel trailer, I used the Tow tune. I made some adjustments after noticing that the transmission shifting was slightly different, but it didn't appear to be any better than the stock settings. I wouldn't recommend this programmer unless they add more tune options to replace the two that are currently available.
This was purchased to correct the tire size on my two-wheel drive vehicle. 7L F150 (upgraded from stock 32's to 35's). It does basic tuning with only two preloaded tunes that can add up to 55 horsepower to your car, but that's about it. The difficult part is that the company that owns Edge Products also owns a lot of the other companies from which you'd buy a programmer/tuner, so most entry-level tuners are essentially the same.
A 2012 Ford 6 is the vehicle I own. So far, I'm not very impressed with the 7 diesel. Although there is a noticeable increase in horse power in performance mode, my fuel economy dropped from 19. 7 to 18. Economy mode, on the other hand, is a prank dating back to the year 19. 7 to 17. At 4 miles per gallon, it's a good deal. It was a disaster. So far, I'm not sure why I purchased it in the first place.
On my 2007 Ford Explorer with 4WD, this makes no discernible difference. 0l v6. I discovered that turning off my traction control by holding it in place worked. The most powerful assistance is 5 seconds.
What a difference from the default options.
So far, everything has gone well. Increased the town's fuel economy by a significant amount! I drove on the highway a bit. In extreme mode, the throttle response and power were increased. I'm pleased with it.
