Remflex exhaust gaskets contain no rubber binders or composite materials, so they won't shrink or harden with time or temperature, eliminating the need to retighten your flange bolts over and over.

Because of the thickness and compressibility of the 100% flexible graphite, heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes header and manifold flanges to warp, resulting in gaps between the head and header that Remflex exhaust gaskets completely seal.

Remflex exhaust gaskets are available in a standard thickness of 1/8 inch and are designed to crush 50%, allowing them to fill pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch.

The best exhaust gaskets on the market

When it comes to replacing burnt-out exhaust gaskets, Remflex gaskets are the only way to go. These were installed in my 2002 GMC 2500HD with an 8. 1L gasoline engines are known for breaking exhaust bolts and warping manifolds. I needed these to fix a bad exhaust leak, so I ordered them and put them in. They were a perfect fit and completely sealed up the exhaust. There will be no leaks any longer. On my 1982 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with the 360 AMC V8, I installed a set of Remflex gaskets as well. They also did an outstanding job of repairing the exhaust leaks.
