Is it possible to turn off the nitrous when the engine speed reaches a certain level?

It's a window switch, that's for sure. It can activate the nitrous within a specific rpm range, such as 3,500 to 5,000. For instance, at 6500 RPM.

Is the relay required for the installation included?

Yes, it is.

Is this something that can withstand being submerged in water? On a motorcycle, I intend to mount. ?

No, but it is possible to make it resistant.

If you purchase the instructions, wiring is simple. I installed it in my 2003 Mustang GT. At idle, the rpm reading is over 10000 rpm, but as soon as I touch the gass, it corrects itself (yes, the filter is on, and the coil type in the settings has been changed), but it does exactly what I want it to do.

Make sure you don't make the same blunder that I did

Simply purchase an n20 outlet controller. I followed the instructions to the letter and had a tested and working setup in less than three weeks. I turned on the controller to change my window settings before heading to the track this evening. I get a message that says tps error. At the controller and the tps sensor, I tested my throttle voltage. Idle voltage is 5 volts and wot voltage is 4 volts. The controller is nothing more than a piece of paper.
