Do the instructions include all the steps required for installation? On a Performer 3406, I don't see the linkage. ?

It did not come with any instructions. However, it is pretty straight forward. To anchor the rods to the mounts, they need a piece of aluminum rod with ends. According to my memory, I had to bend the rod to make it useful, and I had to drill through the receptacle blocks to pass the rod The extra hardware that you might need to work with various setups was quite large.
