Could this be fitted to a quickfuel 680 carburetor?

Your Quick Fuel will not accommodate this. You can buy a bracket for the 4150 series carbs from Lokar, part number

Is the bracket designed to clear the rear vacuum port in the back or will we have to modify it as I would with ?

Can this be used on a 1912 AVS2 Thunder carburetor?

Secondly, I have the AVS 2 1906 and it fits my car. I believe that the Edelbrock footprint is the same whatever the model is... It has happened before that I was wrong.

Could this work with an HOEY ?

There are modifications needed to make it work, but I have it on my sniper and it neatly lines up with the throttle and TV cable. On the Sniper unit, you will need to grind, cut or file out a section of the unit in order to clear the IAC motor.

There is no problem with the connections. Don't forget to give yourself a little extra length just for comfort as well as following the cut twice, measure once rule. Excellent quality, will recommend to others. Ensure that your connection to the pedal is strong before you install, as you may need to buy.

Cables are held in place at the proper point, and it looks great while doing so

It fits tightly, holds cables in the proper place and looks good at the same time. Make sure that you have access to good bolts as the ones that you get with the carb are too short if you run a spacer or any other fittings under the carb.

Brackets with a strong hold. I like how it fits. Combined with the Lokar universal throttle cable and Lokar TH350 kickdown cable, this cable is excellent. However, the price is quite high.
