It took me a few minutes to replace the carburetor. As soon as the installation was finished, I pulled once more. The first time is the only time and then the rest will follow There was no movement on the kart! This has been a wonderful experience for me. I received a carb that had a broken gas on/off valve lever in 1 of the 3 carbs I ordered. It was used for a 196cc lowered DuroMax engine. What an amazing engine it is now because of the great carb and so easy to alter provided that you use the original size jet and the emulsion tube available for the engine and the altitude range. Thanks Amazon!.

I only had a problem with the choke. The choke on the cart was operated by cable from the dashboard, but this carb couldn't be hooked I had the carb fitted with a choke lever since I don't use the cart anymore. The cart is designed to be electric start, but I don't use it anymore. This cart had been sitting for about three years and then was back in action within.

These replacement parts were shipped in a timely manner and were well made. However, they are missing the spring that goes on the throttle valve, so you would have to remove your existing spring and valve to use the new part since the existing part does not have a hole for it. It will work, but it is a PITA to replace the screw. A picture of the item is attached for your reference.

Be extremely cautious about spraying the motor of your pressure sprayer too much, as this could lead to a liquid getting into your gas tank. I let mine set over the winter and by spring, the original carb was fried! I haven't tried to fill up the metal gas tank, but I suspect it too may be ruined! Putting it all on the line Get to know!.

My kid's Coleman KT196 is going out of commission, so I bought this to try to fix it After multiple teardowns and cleanings, I still couldn't remove the jets or tune the OEM carb. I suspected that it must be causing the problem, even after removing and reinstalling them several times. Since it looked almost identical, I put it on and it started up right away. It would have been better to pick up this one from the get-go rather than spending dozens of hours on the OEM one. Always starts on the first pull.
