The main jet and emulsion tube are both in the same place
Maybe it will work for you but I didn't notice any issues
Take a look at the spring you replaced after you changed the carburetor. There's probably a problem with the connection. My tension was too high on mine as well.

The air conditioners. Two of them are in our possession. There are 13 of us & there are 4 of us On one occasion, one of their 15 year old sons replaced them on his own. It took me a couple of hours for the first one. The second one took me only 45 minutes. The following is a tip for you Make sure you're prepared for your bike to run hot & fast The fast and the furious The first few times you start can be disorientating. A thin and long throttle spring (which is long) may need to be stretched to ensure that the throttle runs properly if the throttle adjustment screw fails to do the trick. The fact that this carb allows you to adjust fuel mixture and replace the fuel jet when needed makes it a useful carb. There is no way to regulate or customize these carbs as they are now regulated by the EPA, leading to potential safety issues. Leaving you with an unreliable bike. It went on very smoothly and went on easily I've had no problems with it.
With regular ethanol mixed gas in it, I let my Coleman CT200 sit for a few months, and it gummed up the carburetor. In addition to wasting a lot of time trying to clean it all out, I spent $10 on carb cleaner and starting fluid. When I stripped the pilot jet, and was unable to run the bike without the choke on, the last straw was the pilot jet. When I searched for this carb, it was the first result and the only result. A little more than $20 provided us with this one, which was exactly the same as stock but included extras like a couple of fuel filters and It took me less than a minute to remove the old clogged one and replace it with this one. CT200 now runs like a champ and starts right off the bat. Now that I have learned my lesson, I am going to install fuel treatment in every tank and use There is no charge for For the Coleman CT200 ND or any other gadget that uses that motor you should definitely get this part.
I use it for my Predator 212 engines as well. The factory carb on my bike wouldn't have allowed the jet to be removed (easily), so I just switched to this carb and used this jet kit (plus an intake and straight pipe. Fired right up on the second pull, pretty sure.
I love the value you get for your money! In order to make sure there was no debris in the fuel bowls, I installed it for the first time straight from the box. The performance is much better all the way through the rpm range with this change. Rear ended the bike in a way that really awakened it. did was remove the stop on the throttle screw. Following the header will be an air filter and header.
I have tried to match this carb with the carb I removed from my Coleman CT200U-S According to what I have read, the stock one does not have these screws because of EPA regulations. The EXR one does, however, have two adjustment screws.
Upon installation, the throttle return spring does not return the carb linkage to the idle speed after you release the throttle hand grip on the mini bike. As a result, carefully inspect the throttle linkage and throttle return spring to verify that the carb linkage returns to the idle speed. Even if the throttle hand grip is turned in the case of a mini bike, the engine will automatically initiate high speed operation at half throttle once the engine is started. In this post, I have documented a safety concern that I found when I mounted this carb on three different engines. And the linkage issue on all three engines was the same, and all three engines As well as that, I am a small engine mechanic by trade and have been working in this area for the past twenty years. With that being said, I know what I am looking at and certainly know what I am talking about when it comes to It is very easy to adjust the spring on the carb itself once it has been installed.
We purchased these to replace the non-adjustable carburetor that came standard with our new Coleman CT200U- I like the fit and finish of the item, as well as how easy it is to adjust. Shipping is fast and the seller is good. They are excellent to deal with. I will buy.
I replaced the stock carb on my Coleman CT200 with this carb and it was a perfect fit With the new carb installed, the minibike started up and ran perfectly without any adjustments.
We installed it on our mini bike, but the motor no longer worked. Now that I have installed a brand new carburetor, it is running like new.
