In an ocean environment, these filters rust quickly

It was delivered quickly, and I received it the next day. Even in the brand new package, I noticed that the inside was starting to rust. These items rust quickly, so use caution. These cling to the engine and are notoriously difficult to get rid of. The one I removed was so badly rusted that I had to pierce the casing with a drill and screwdriver to get it out. What a disaster. This filter should be changed frequently!.

It's possible that it's a knockoff

On my 115 Yamaha, I use synthetic oil. I change the oil in my car once a year. 75 hours is possible. It came out black after this summer, which is unusual because it usually stays the same color. Filter comes to mind.
