These are the fleece filters, as the name suggests. Thank you, Jen.br>
Hello Joe, I have a Mercedes Benz E350 from 2009 and I use these filters. My 3. There are three o-rings on the five-cylinder engine. I have two rings in my filter that I change: a large one to seal the cap (be careful how you put it on, look at the picture in the package the o-ring) and a small one to seal the cap (be careful how you put it on, look at the picture in the package the o-ring) and a small one to seal two smaller ones at the base of the inlet pipe where the filter slips on to) and two larger ones at the top of the inlet pipe where the filter slips on to. I hope this information is useful, and best wishes!
It does not depict a proper fit for the 2005 C320. I can provide an accurate fitment if you provide a VIN. Thank you, Bonnie, br>br>br>

For over 9 years, you can get a free fleece oil filter, which you should replace every 10,000 miles when you change your oil. I finally got around to changing the oil and filter in my wife's Mercedes ML500. GEAR HEAD IS MY NAME. br>I've built a lot of cars, including custom limos and Bentleys. St Thomas Dragway hosted a race for RRs. br>Wife calls to say "no power steering" and that the oil light on the dashboard is illuminated. br>When I arrive at her car, the entire underhood is drenched in oil. The serpentine belt on the power steering and alternator is slipping. The large O ring was found to be too soft and slightly oversized to seal properly. Neither the other O rings nor the other O ring was correct. A dead battery, a tow job, a new serpentine belt, and pressure washing the under-hood areas were all part of the deal. PLUS 5 quarts of Mobile one I went to Advanced Auto and purchased a non-forgery for $14. 99 - The packaging was a thicker cardboard box, and all of the O rings were snugly packed. $300. Please send a check in the amount of 00 plus my time. br> br>THE FORGERY DEPARTMENT AT AMAZON Please take action.
So I took out the old gaskets before examining the contents of the package. Instead of four different gaskets, there were two of the third type and none of the second type. I'm not happy, and I'm driving around without a gasket because I cut it off. br>br>I upgraded my rating due to excellent customer service; it took a few days, but they sent a replacement O-ring. I'm not sure what took so long, but it's fine. ring set (actually a completely new product. ) br>br>Lesson: check the box rather than assuming the O- The package contains rings.
I used this filter to replace the oil and filter in a Mercedes S500 and had no problems. Because this was my first time, I watched a YouTube video of someone else doing it and was glad I did. My filter wouldn't pull off the body like theirs did, so I had to use a lot of force to get it off, which was probably due to the fact that it was quite old. Otherwise, it was simple to replace and has been performing admirably for the past month, so I have no complaints. MB recommends changing the oil and filter every 60,000 miles, but I bought two and plan to change the filter every 30,000 miles just to be safe.
Mann Filters are the only filters I use in my Mercedes ML 55 AMG, Mercedes CLK 55 AMG, and Porsche 930 turbos. For the past 30 years, I've been doing just that. Always relied on to filter all contaminants produced by high-compression and turbocharged engines properly. When it's time to change both synthetic and Dinosaur-based oil in our Mercedes cars and Porsche 930 Turbos, our drained oil still looks fairly clear.
For a 2011 W204, this is a perfect fit. It's the same one that the dealer installed during my last Service B. br>br>I really like how the o rings are included in this. There were more than I needed for my car, but it covers a wide range of vehicles. And, to be honest, let's face it: This is a fraction of the cost of a car with the Mercedes Star on it. br>br>Changing your own oil on a W204 is ridiculously simple - Do it yourself to save money and ensure that the filter you receive is identical to the OEM filter. This is fantastic.
It's the perfect fit for my 2011 S550, and it includes all the necessary gaskets and o-rings. Installation will require rings. At around 7k mile intervals, I've been running Pentosin 5w40 and these filters for 188k miles and counting. When I drain the oil, it's still clean, and these could probably go the 10k miles between changes that Mercedes recommends, but I'd rather not take the chance.
As a result, with a vehicle that only requires oil changes every 10,000 miles, I want to make sure I use an approved oil filter that can last that long at 13,000 miles. br>br>First and foremost, I'd like to state this very clearly. I had this one next to the Mercedes-Benz Branded and Boxed part. Aside from the labeling (which is similar to the Mercedes-Benz branded one, but also includes the Mann logo and part number), they are identical. Because Mann manufactures both their own brand and the Mercedes filter, they are identical. They are, in fact, one and the same. br>br>These Mann HU 718/5 have a lovely, sturdy construction, and they are, in fact, the original Mercedes-Benz part. The Mann HU 718/5 part number is right next to the Mercedes part number on genuine parts. Only the Mercedes-Benz logo is absent from this filter. Mercedes-Benz star logo, Mercedes part number, and Mercedes-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz-Benz- Benz box. For those who are curious, the filter is also produced in Germany. Several other aftermarket brands, including K, use the OEM filter that has been rebranded. N oil, as well as Purolator oil. However, because those companies must buy the filters from Mann and resell them, those products are typically much more expensive. br>br>The Mann branded filter offers the best value and is the simplest to obtain because it is available right here on Amazon! Is there any way to make it any simpler? I'll just point out that the OEM Mercedes-Benz labeled filter isn't much more expensive than this one. As a result, you shouldn't necessarily avoid the genuine filter if you happen to be at a dealer or know of one that offers competitive parts pricing. If you're in a hurry and can't wait, it's the same as this and may cost a few dollars more depending on the dealer. br>br>Overall, this is a highly recommended filter. This OEM filter is built to withstand the extremely long oil change intervals recommended by Mercedes, so you can't go wrong with it. Simply use this filter in conjunction with an approved oil, such as Mobil 1 0w40.
