The product is getting smaller! "Re-" was one of the options I selected

order" a filter that I previously ordered three years ago. The new one has the same appearance as the old one, but it is significantly smaller! Food products have been known to shrink in size, but an oil filter? Obviously, this implies a reduction in filtering capacity. br> The numbers on the filter are identical; the new one has simply shrunk! Despite what they claim, this is NOT the same filter that I ordered. br>When Amazon says "you ordered this on," it means "you ordered this on. " such and such a date," and youbr>select "re-create" from the drop-down menu. When you say "order," you're expecting the same thing, not a smaller version. a modified version.

The product number on the sticker differs from the one on the carton
3/5

This oil filter was purchased as a backup and will be used when needed. I needed it today, and when I went to replace the filter, I discovered that the filter I was replacing was not the same as the one I was replacing. When I examined the carton, I noticed that the product number on the bar code sticker that had been applied to the box (49065-1) was incorrect. The carton item number (7010) did not match the oil filter's actual number (49065-). 7021, which takes the place of 49065- 7007). To put it another way, I have a brand new filter that I am unable to use or return because the return period has expired. I'm glad I checked before doing the oil change; otherwise, I'd have been frantically looking for the correct filter. If you decide to buy this item, make sure to inspect it immediately after receiving it to ensure that it is exactly what you ordered!.

A miniature version of the Kawasaki 49065- 7010 Oil Filter is a type of filter that is used to remove oil from the Buy one from your local dealer and make sure it's the same size as your current filter, as this one is less than half the size of the original Kawasaki 49065-style filter

I'm tired of buying junk like this from Amazon, so I bought a 7010 Oil Filter and got half the filtering life. They need to do a better job of vetting their vendors.

Filter according to the instructions
5/5

Purchase from the proper source! Make sure you select the correct vendor rather than the first one that appears in the list. Because you can't use a vendor's name in an Amazon review, I'll use the initials of the vendor from whom I purchased a genuine Kawasaki filter. O P E.

So far, everything has gone well

It was a perfect fit for my John Deere Garden Tractor. Looking at the inside core and how it is constructed, I have the impression that I purchased a high-quality product that will protect my investment effectively.

Not good
3/5

This filter was unwrapped and unboxed, and the base had rust spots. It appears to have sat on a shelf, where it was exposed to moisture and rusted, which isn't good.

As many others have pointed out, this is a ruse
3/5

I . As many others have pointed out, this is a ruse. What do I get when I order two Kawasaki oil filters? One is a genuine Kawasaki filter, while the other is a knockoff. After looking at both of them, they don't even appear to be the same. The filter assembly on the inside is different, and the O-ring is different. The holes in the ring differ from one another. I'm not sure how anyone manages to get away with it. I ordered Kawasaki filters for a specific reason: to avoid buying cheap knockoffs. Both of them will be returned to me. Scam should not be available for purchase on Amazon!.

It does what it is supposed to do
4/5

This is a suitable filter for the task at hand. The previous version of the filter has been superseded by this one. To those who are curious as to why, the previous version had clearance issues with various machine/engine setups, which the new filter resolves. Producing a single filter that fits multiple setups is easier and less expensive, so hopefully this clarifies some of the misguided outrage.
