This item was used on my 1996 Honda Shadow ACE VT1100C2, and it was very simple to remove and install. There's no need for a filter wrench because there's a spot on the top of the filter where you can place your socket or wrench to remove the old one. I wouldn't recommend tightening the filter with a wrench or socket; once the new filter makes contact with the engine, it only takes about 1/2 to 3/4 turn by hand to tighten it.

The letter K stands for N was installed this spring, and I've already covered a few hundred miles without experiencing any seepage. It appears that it may also flow more oil, but this has yet to be verified. When I remove the covers to adjust the valves, I notice that there is more oil in the heads. The letter K stands for At least in my opinion, N is well worth the extra money, and I will continue to use them.
When the rectifier comes into contact with the oil filter, it causes the oil filter to malfunction. It's not worth the risk of an oil filter leak caused by vibration.
Chrome = Good! I say it almost every time I review a motorcycle accessory. This chrome oil filter looks fantastic with all of the chrome on a Vakyrie, not to mention all of the chrome accessories I've added! I'd rather it wasn't topped with a nut. It would make the filter look cleaner without it, and if you're installing your oil filter with a wrench or socket, I suspect you're tightening it up more than you should. br>br>PROSbr>* Great appearancebr>* K N produces excellent products. br>br>CONSbr>* None.
