Yes. My 2017 450FX and my son's 2015 250F are both equipped with it. This is an excellent filter.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no All that is required is the filter. Yamaha will be required to provide an O ring. The O ring, on the other hand, does not have to be replaced with each filter change. The O ring will last many oil changes as long as it is not dry or cracked.
According to the Amazon garage, this is not the case. It does, however, fit my 2018 WR450F perfectly.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'll do so in this case. I bought two oil filters for my yzf 250. One of the filters worked perfectly, but the other had a problem. It blew the oil out the breather tube by pressurizing my engine. My son was driving it and had no idea that all of the oil had been ejected from the engine in less than 20 minutes. Yes, I was pointing the right way. To put it mildly, I'm irritated. I perform preventative maintenance in order to extend the life of my equipment. Now, because of the faulty oil filter, I could be looking at a price of $2,000 or more. Damages of 00! I tried the other filter I purchased from you, and it worked fine. I guess it's a 50/50 chance with these. This is the last time I'll ever buy a filter from this website. Please take note of my warning to anyone looking for an oil filter. Purchase a Yamaha at yamaha. com.
It appears to be a manufacturing flaw, and I'm baffled as to how such a high-priced item passed quality control inspection. This faulty filter should never have been sent out to begin with. I'm not sure I'll ever buy K. N filters are used once more. Instead, I'll use the Yamaha factory filter.
This is an ideal match for a Yamaha xt250 from the third generation or later. The most difficult aspect of an oil change is staying clean. I'm not sure how I manage to get myself into such a mess all of the time.
br>br>Do some research; you might be able to use either the KN- or the KN-S. KN-140 or 140 141 On K& The KN- is recommended on N's website. All newer 250 and 450 models, including the 2009 WR250R, have a 140 horsepower rating. When I look up my 2008 WR250R on the internet, however, it suggests the KN- 141 (as far as I know, it's the same motor). I'm the founder and operator of the KN- The newer bikes listed on the application page account for nearly all of the 140.
These filters were the perfect fit for my 2018 Yamaha WR450. They also appear to be on par with OEM. The cheap insurance I was looking for was to change the filter and oil every 10 hours, and these fit the bill.
My 2016 WR250R has easily surpassed 700 horsepower at this point. 700, perhaps. But since it hasn't exploded yet, I'll give this little filter a five-star rating.
Fits Yamaha XT250 (2018 model).
I would have bought the factory if it hadn't been for the price difference. Car filters are less expensive than those purchased from a dealer or from K. Notwithstanding, this is preferable to paying exorbitant dealer fees.
