Why is it not possible to ship this filter to California?

It's possible that some sellers won't ship to California for ALL of their K. N is the same as K. Some of N's products are not permitted to be used in California. We do not have the California restriction on this item if you order from our marketplace store MDI Performance because it does not apply.

How far do you have to travel to change k?

When you change the oil, this should be done every time. Every 5,000 miles or so, I change my oil.

I prefer them to be a little more oily
5/5

However, I dislike them when they are filthy. I should probably use an oil filter to filter the oil. So, winter had come to an end, and I had only one thought. A lovely, gleaming, perfectly sunbathed two-piece with fine curves that looks great near the beach. My motorcycle, to be precise. br>br>I first used one of these filters for my spring oil change last year, and it seemed to last a long time. Someone told me it was the "I'm better than you brand," and I'm assuming it's for sportier bikes because I keep seeing it advertised as being good for high RPMs, but I ride a Kawasaki road bike, the Kawasaki Vulcan. In any case, the nut texture on the back of this filter appeals to me. I'm not sure if that's standard, but it's very convenient because the nut on the back of this filter is the same size as my drain plug bolt, which saves me time by not having to find as many tools to complete a task. But I've got to say, if that bike didn't come with all the tools in the tool bag, the filler plug isn't a good time. But I'll save that for the dealership from which I purchased it, not for this oil filter, because it's good and does exactly what an oil filter should: it filters your oil. More importantly, it fits on my bike, which isn't particularly impressive but is definitely a plus. br>br>I appreciate your taking the time to read through my review.

Due to the end nut, the installation is simple
5/5

The K of the Black My 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14 was able to accommodate the N 303. It has a protective polythene cover around the other/hollow end of the filter with the words "made in Thailand" printed on it. br> br> According to the description, the gasket is pre-installed. I used the same Mobil 1 Racing 4T synthetic 10W-90 oil to lube the gasket. br> I'm glad I bought this filter with an end nut because I used 40 oil for the oil change just to be safe. I tried to remove the OEM Kawasaki oil filter but had a lot of difficulty. I attempted to remove the filter using the proper oil filter cap wrench, but it refused to budge. When the edges of the filter wrench began to round off, I knew I was in for a long, sweaty oil change. I had to carefully twist the oil filter off with a large pair of pliers. What should have been a one-hour job turned into a full day's work when I had to run to the store for other wrenches that didn't work and consult notes written by other owners of the same bike on internet bike forums; I was fortunate that the filter finally moved. Many people on motorcycle forums have suggested piercing the filter with a screwdriver (for leverage) as a last resort to get it off! br> For this motorcycle (a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14), the 17mm socket fits on the KX14's end nut. N filter, as well as the oil pan drain bolt, which must be unscrewed in order to drain the oil. As a result, you only need one socket for the entire exercise, which is a plus. br> The filter appeared to be of good quality and comparable to the Kawasaki OEM filter. br> The end nut comes in handy when it comes to tightening the oil filter to the proper torque specifications. The manufacturer insists on torqueing the oil filter rather than hand-tightening it, which leaves room for error. br> The oil filter on this motorcycle is torqued to 23 ft/lb (31 N. m. ). m) It's easier with the end nut. You can torque the oil filter without being hampered by the exhaust pipes underneath if you use a small extension, torque wrench, and 17mm socket. When torqued, it feels 'just right,' and the nut was not 'rounded off' during assembly. It has a hole in the end nut for racers who need to tie up all of their parts during the race. br> After two weeks and 250 miles of riding, there have been no leaks. I purchased a second K. N oil filter and keep it on hand for the next oil change, which should happen after 3,000 miles. I never want to have to go through the hassle of trying to find another filter that doesn't have an end nutoff.

The 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS is the best fit for this part
5/5

I am very happy with my purchase. It is highly recommended. As a result of this, COVID-related diseases are becoming more prevalent. My motorcycle could not be serviced at a motorcycle dealership because of the 19 situation. As a result, I made the decision to change the oil and filter myself. I found this K after doing some internet research. I was really impressed with the N filter after seeing the simple installation and removal nut on the back of it, because the original Kawasaki factory filter does not have one. Using a wrench to remove the factory filter is a pain. When I used the wrench, I got a small cut on my hand. br>The filter arrived a few days later than expected, but I understand that this was due to COVID-related delays. Everything is moving at a snail's pace in the situation of number 19. Advantages: br>br>
1. Because of the nut on the back, it's very simple to put together.
2. A filter removal wrench is not required.

What can you say, it's an oil filter, so it's an excellent product
5/5

What, however, is K? The hex nut on the top of the filter on my 2018 Kawasaki Concours makes it far easier to remove the filter, as there isn't much room to get anything on it if it's overtightened, as it was when I let the dealer change my oil. To remove the old oil filter, I had to buy a special "claw" oil filter remover, which is quite expensive for an oil filter tool. Grab one of the K's as a favor to yourself. If your oil filter is in a small space, you should use N filters. It will not be a mistake.

This crap is made in China
3/5

Around the nut, there was a leak. This crap is made in China. Around the nut, there was a leak. I only use my hand to tighten the nut around the body, and the nut is only used to remove it. These filters used to be good, but since they switched manufacturers, they've gotten a lot worse. I've since upgraded to the HiFlo Filtro HF303RC, which has a nut as well. Due to numerous leaking issues, local tracks will not permit motorcycles to use these filters.

For the money, this is a good filter (the nut at the end is a nice touch)
5/5

Overall, the nut welded to the top of this filter was the sole reason I purchased it. It's a lot easier to remove than the factory filter on my 2013 Kawasaki ZX6R. These also come at a reasonable price. Just be careful with them; if you don't have the right size socket, the nut on the end will round off, making it extremely difficult to remove. It also appears to filter well (which is probably the most important feature). This is something I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to make their oil changes go more smoothly.
