I am not sure about the identification, but it fit my Holley Marine 4150 carburetor
Clogged filters don't allow fuel to get to the carburetor hence you know they need cleaning. Using an air compressor to blow out the debris against the direction of flow may not be effective if it is clogged and the debris cannot be removed. Replacing it is the simplest thing to do if you suspect it is clogged.
Don't use them in any vehicle as they will kill your carburetor! It is better to buy an element filter than to live to regret ever having any of these in your carburetor. With this little bastage, it looked like a vanilla milkshake had been poured into this bowl.
The sintered elements are designed to fit in the standard Holley carburetor There is no housed filter unit attached to them.

I was able to install it easily and it worked well.
All the tools they needed were with them. It was easy to change them.
