What size hoses do you have?

This product is the right size for my 02 7 and fits perfectly. 3L PSD is ideal.

Is there a new pipe or plug for the turbo intake turn that connects to the OEM crankcase vent?

It comes with it, but you must follow the instructions. Reverse the crankcase vent, for example (dog house).

The oil drain fitting is loose and the hardware bag is broken

The box was sealed, but the hardware bag inside had a tear in one corner, and all of the washers and hardware were loose. I'll have no idea what's missing until I install it.

Oil is kept out of your turbo and intercooler with this filter

On my 1997 F-150, this was installed. 350, 7. 3 Stroke Power It will fit this application fine with a little modification, and it keeps oil out of the intake setup very well. I would recommend opening the petcock every 500 miles to see what oil comes out and adjust the intervals accordingly; if you wait until the 3000 mile oil change, you may find more oil than you expected.
