My Jeep Wrangler 2012 comes with one. After reading reviews and watching videos, I decided to go with this cold air intake over others. As much as I was excited for it to arrive, I was disappointed when it did. It was however impossible to install several items because they were missing. I didn't discover that parts were missing until I had removed the Jeep's OEM intake. As a result, I had to go back. Please return it to Amazon and order a new It also had similar stickers inside the box for quality control and inspection when the second cold air intake arrived. Parts of the second order were also missing as well. It was only missing washers this time. A customer service agent responded to my call at AFE. Upon telling them both of my orders were missing components, I expected them to apologize and ask what they could do to rectify the situation, such as provide me with the missing components. Not at all. It seems like the woman at aFe did not care in the least. aFe does not have control over inventory sold on Amazon or accept responsibility for it. I was sold an item that was returned without parts and was packaged in inadequate packaging. There was no response Amazon had been instructed to take the item back. My expectations of a company like aFe were exceeded and I was extremely disappointed in their quality control and customer service. I told the aFe representative the same thing, explaining that I might think twice before ordering another aFe product. She did not seem to care about this. For me, this is the end of aFe products.
