Your piping size has an impact on how much water you can take. There is a nice throaty sound to it like a race car, though.
Due to the AT tires I have on my truck, I apologize. Therefore, I don't experience any tire noise from this muffler. It in general is quite louder and I love the sound it produces.

I switched from a flowmaster super 40 to this super 10 on my 2014 Ram for a more aggressive sound, and it delivers it in spades. The engine is reminiscent of an indy car entering the highway at full throttle, because there is a lot more bark than.
There isn't as much noise as everyone makes it seem or I might be Still, it makes a loud and beautiful sound, even when idling. Those are the types of sounds I enjoy hearing all the time.
Update 2018
Once I removed some extra silencers, or whatever they were that were not part of the cat sensors, the muffler got terribly.
obviously ,but people saying it's better than the 40, I disagree. It may be louder, but in this case just a little louder . The 40 delivered a deep rumble I felt in love with, this new one doesn't.
This product works well with resonators and factory cats to provide a great sound. Bring back the sound of a truck to my truck. I used to have a 3-chamber flow on there without any resonators. I really felt like my truck came to life after reading this. A LOUD noise! This is a great muffler if you are building one from a cat back system!.
For new users of exhaust, I recommend buying this 80 dollar single in dual out super 10 muffler and then having that pipe and tip installed at a local shop. I am more satisfied with that than with my 700 dollar American Thunder.
It would be nice to have an exhaust and muffler that produce a little more aggression. There are five of us in my truck, a Silverado. Three L, originally had a muffler that was shaped like a turbine. Previously, there were problems with installation and workmanship, as well as rust and a hole in the wall. Flowmaster Muffler was the best option to go with. A very slight difference in sound can be heard. Although it sounds better, truck manufacturers have so many limitations on their trucks today that the overall sound doesn't sound very good. Weighed the option of deleting a Cat, but ultimately decided not to do so. As a whole, I am happy with the final sound that it produces.
My muffler was installed less than a year ago and I experience rattling noises from it every time I drive my car too bad
I read some comments saying that it isn't very loud, but it's quite loud to my ears. After the cat noreactor runs on a v6, it's loud enough to rattle my walls.
As a replacement for the super 40 that used to be on my 2012 GMC 2500 6, I purchased this super 10 si/do muffler. When I bought it, there were 0l in It was not loud enough for me, even though I really enjoyed the sound of the super 40. Today I got this guy in the mail and welded it on without any issues. The volume wasn't any louder or any better, but the sound quality was On my last truck, I had one of these and I remember how much difference it made, so I was wondering what the deal was? I really like the fit and finish of the product, as well as the price, but I find the sound a bit too loud for me.
