For these bolts, what is the thread size?

They're 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" Small Block Chevy header bolts, 16 in total (long). The average length of a short one is 3/4".

The bolts I received have 3/8" heads, while 4904 should have a 7/16" hex head. I'll use them eventually, but they're clearly packaged incorrectly.
